UPPER/LOWER SHOTCRETE SEALING RUBBER PLATE
Our rubber plates are particularly designed to resist wear and tear in shotcrete machines during dry and wet sprayed concrete applications. Both upper and lower plates are available for types of 246, 260, 262, and 263. The product is ready for use, but in order to ensure excellent sealing in older machines, we recommend using our rubber seals in conjunction with this product. The metal frame of this product is modified for greater durability, distinguishing it from previous versions.

Nozzles we offer for sprayed concrete applications possess market-proven quality and are highly resistant to wear and tear. The product is available in 50cm and 70cm sizes and comes ready to use with pre-assembled o-rings. The long lifespan of the nozzles has made them an ideal alternative to polyurethane nozzles. In addition, their rigidity facilitates precise focus and easier control when spraying concrete.
